Staple Pieces: Summer Wardrobe Edition

Hello Decorgreat readers! My name is Morgan and am visiting today from The Jem Journal. I am so happy to be here!

Now that summer is officially upon us, and the weather has decided to corporate, I am FINALLY able to wear my summer wardrobe. There is something about putting on a little dress and a stunning wedge sandal that really makes a girl happy! With that said, I would like to share with you my list of staple pieces: Summer Wardrobe Edition.

I think it's important to have a few solid, staple pieces in your wardrobe for each season. Your staple pieces will give you the opportunity to create more outfits with less, which should save you a buck or two in the long run.  

The little lace dress is an amazing piece; it can easily be thrown on by itself and be a quick, out-the-door outfit. You can also change up the look by simply adding your cute jean jacket, wedges, and your statement earring. And when fall rolls around, throw on a pair of leggings and a little jacket - it can be worn in both seasons.

I also love the palazzo pants because they are an effortlessly, chic look. I would pair them with a white tank, your wedge, and your killer statement earring. These babies can also be transferred into the cooler months, which is always a plus. And you can never go wrong with a gorgeous printed maxi. I have more maxis than I should probably admit hanging in my closet, but they are again, a simple, go-to outfit. So there you have it - my summer staple pieces!
