My Favorite Easter Breakfast

My favorite Easter breakfast is without a doubt: Resurrection Rolls. These babies are super simple and delicious, all while sharing the story of Easter (I've had these since my childhood). I will be making these on Sunday, what will you be having? Happy Easter, have a wonderful weekend! xoxo

Ingredients:
1 can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
8 large marshmallows
1/4 cup melted butter
2 tablespoons cinnamon
2 tablespoons sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F, lightly grease baking sheet
Separate crescent rolls into individual triangles
In small bowl, mix together cinnamon and sugar
Dip marshmallows in melted butter, and roll in cinnamon/sugar mix
Place marshmallow in center of crescent "triangle," and wrap the dough around the marshmallow
Pinch seams together tightly to seal in marshmallow and ensure it melts
If desired, dip the finished roll into the cinnamon/sugar mix
Place on baking sheet and bake until golden brown (about 15 minutes)
